Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued through the original payment method — in this case, since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be arranged through a suitable method agreed upon with our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened audio devices, used musical instruments, and recording accessories that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
